At Uneazed, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason other than damage.

Damages and Issues

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. To process your claim, please provide picture proof of the damage by emailing us at uneazed@outlook.com.

If your claim is approved, we will provide further instructions on the next steps.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Items that are not damaged
  • Requests submitted after 24 hours of receiving the item
